Choose the office that holds the answer
Custody, records, disposition, and other detention systems answer different questions. Start with the official route that fits the status you need to check.
- For current adult YCCF custody, use the Adults in Custody page or the jail line. The roster does not establish a court result or routine public photo release.
- For a county booking or incident record, use YCSO NextRequest. Oregon public-records response rules in ORS 192.324 do not promise release of exempt material or a restricted booking image.
- For a case, hearing, or disposition, use the Oregon court record guide or Yamhill County Circuit Court, 535 NE 5th Street, McMinnville, OR 97128, 503-434-7530. Court office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m., excluding holidays.
- For sentenced state-corrections custody, use the Oregon DOC offender search. It is not a YCCF intake or release database.
- For a federal matter, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator. For qualifying ICE or CBP detention searches, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator System.
- For a McMinnville or Newberg police incident record, use the arresting agency's own records route; a city record is not automatically a Sheriff-held booking record.
