This is a privately owned guide with no affiliation to a government agency, the Sheriff, YCCF, or a corrections department. Neither this site nor advertising partners provides a consumer-reporting or other FCRA-covered service. The guide points to Yamhill County and Oregon record resources; it is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.
Nature of the guide
Yamhill County Busted Mugshots is a private reference website. It does not keep official booking, custody, court, or corrections records and cannot confirm custody, arrange release, or submit documents to a public office.
Our pages direct readers to official sources and third-party research tools. The YCCF current roster, the Sheriff records portal, and the Oregon court system are operated separately from this site.

External websites and records law
Links may lead to Sheriff, jail, court, Oregon Department of Corrections, federal locator, legal-resource, and outside search sites. We do not control or endorse their content, availability, terms, data practices, or results. Review a destination's own terms before using it.
Official Oregon records are controlled by the responsible public body and applicable law, including ORS chapter 192. Booking-photo access has a separate restriction under ORS 133.870, and a request under ORS chapter 192 does not guarantee disclosure. This site cannot decide whether an official record is releasable.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the following will be available or correct:
- Accuracy, completeness, or current status of any information.
- Uninterrupted site operation.
- Freedom from errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities.
- Completeness or usefulness of a partner's search results.
Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement by Yamhill County, a Sheriff, a jail, or another government office.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages or losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this site or a linked service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless this site and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms.
